Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw gains in Monday’s early trades, in line with the rise of main sectors led by the investment and real estate sectors.
The main index rose 0.33% or 12.13 points to reach 3,547.49 points by 10:15am UAE time.
The telecom sector was the best performer after adding 0.61% as du went up 0.61%. Likewise, the investment sector grew 0.59% after SHUAA Capital increased 2.16%.
The real estate sector advanced 0.30% as Emaar Properties climbed 0.6%. Similarly, the transportation sector levelled up 0.2% after Air Arabia gained 0.7%. The banks sector also grew 0.7% due to a rise in Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) by 0.18%.
The market saw trading of 104.47 million shares through 1,108 transactions, with a turnover of AED 111.74 million.
