Riyadh – Mubasher: Dar Albalad for Business Solutions Company stated that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Jehad Salem Othman Al Twairki as the new CEO.
The decision was made by a circular resolution on 30 September 2026 following a recommendation from the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, with George Ghajar being appointed to the position of General Manager of Managed Services.
Al Twairki is scheduled to officially assume his duties on 1 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The new CEO brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications, information technology, and business services sectors. He previously held senior roles at Saudi Telecom Company (stc), including head of customer transformation and innovation, and head of business growth.
His professional background also includes executive positions at STC Solutions, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard.
The board stated that these appointments are intended to support the company’s growth trajectory and long-term strategic expansion.
Meanwhile, Al Twairki holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Saud University.
