Mubasher: Delmon Poultry plans to open its second hatchery by 2021, with total investments of BHD 1.4 million, the company’s general manager told Al Watan newspaper.
The hatchery’s capacity will reach 60,000 chicks per day instead of 35,000 chicks or 37,000 chicks a day in the meantime, Abdulhadi Mirza said.
He added the new project is scheduled to be completed within 16 to 18 months.
Mirza noted that the company is in talks to allocate other land plots to establish new hatcheries and to expand the existent facility built in 1992.
