Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai National Insurance and Reinsurance (DNIR) has named Srinivasan Aduthurai Rajagopalan as the company’s CEO.
The board members greenlighted the appointment during their meeting on 1 September 2023, according to a bourse filing.
In the first half (H1) of 2023, the DFM-listed company logged net profits valued at AED 28.07 million, an annual decline from AED 33.48 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) hit AED 0.24 in H1-23, compared to AED 0.29 in H1-22.
The company generated AED 229.98 million in insurance revenue as of 30 June 2023, up year-on-year (YoY) from AED 155.04 million.
