Dubai-based Meraas awards AED 1bn project deal to CSCEC Middle East

UAE – Mubasher: Meraas has awarded a construction contract worth more than AED 1 billion to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC Middle East) (L.L.C) for Bluewaters Bay.

The completion process is scheduled for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2027, according to a press release.

Bluewaters Bay will feature two residential towers linked by a dynamic podium, offering 678 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses.

The development scheme will also host retail and food and beverage (F&B) outlets on the podium level, an outdoor pool, a children's play area and barbecue facilities.
