Riyadh - Mubasher: EFSIM Facilities Management Company, a Saudi-based provider of comprehensive facilities management solutions, secured new contract wins with a value exceeding SAR 750 million in the first half (H1) of 2025.
This amount anchors the company’s position as a partner of choice for public and private sector clients across the Kingdom, according to a press release.
In line with Saudi Vision 2030's national transformation goals, the new contracts span a range of key sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and government services, with strategic inroads into hospitality, leisure, and sports.
Spanning an average tenure of three years, the contracts reflect EFSIM's ability to deliver long-term value through operational agility, innovation, and service excellence.
Furthermore, EFSIM has scaled its client operations to the Southern region of the Kingdom, complementing its robust national presence.
The company has onboarded more than 800 professionals in the January-June 2025 period, increasing its workforce to over 8,500 employees.
