Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Monday’s trading session with a collective rise after the EGX30 main index went up by 3.48% to 21,032.35 points.
Both the EGX100 EWI and EGX70 EWI also closed the session higher by 1.55% at 3,807.99 points and by 2.37% at 5,778.65 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover amounted to EGP 3.99 billion through the exchange of 696.65 million shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.44 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 110.74 million. Meanwhile, the foreign and Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 80.38 million and EGP 30.36 million, respectively.
