Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) fell on Sunday, where the EGX30 main index declined by 1.99% to 23,822.17 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI retreated by 1.42% to 5,312.99 points. Similarly, the EGX100 EWI dropped 1.61% to close at 7,639.43 points.
The trading value hit EGP 3.23 billion after 961.29 million shares were exchanged.
In addition, the market cap value totalled EGP 1.64 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 31.75 million. Meanwhile, the Arab and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 26.82 million and EGP 4.92 million, respectively.
