Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Thursday's trading session higher after the EGX30 main index rose by 1.40% to 2,4691.43 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI ended the session higher by 0.02% at 5,462.98 points and by 0.33% at 7,854 points, respectively.
The turnover hit EGP 5.19 billion through the exchange of 919.19 million shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.59 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 34.72 million. Meanwhile, the foreign and Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 32.32 million and EGP 2.40 million, respectively.
