Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Sunday’s trading session with a positive performance after the EGX30 main index went up by 0.82% to 24,894.26 points.
Both the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI ended the session higher by 0.19% at 5,473.42 points and by 0.34% at 7,880.35 points, respectively.
The turnover stood at EGP 2.87 billion through the exchange of 950.54 million shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.71 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the foreign and Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 11.52 million and EGP 11.17 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 22.69 million.
