Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Tuesday’s trading session with a mixed performance, as the EGX30 main index went down by 0.46% to 24,071.66 points.
Similarly, the EGX100 EWI edged down by 0.02% to 7,438.89 points.
Meanwhile, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI rose by 0.22% to 5,122.36 points.
The turnover amounted to EGP 3.63 billion through the exchange of 1.92 billion shares, while the market cap value totalled EGP 1.61 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 51.22 million and EGP 46.48 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 97.70 million.
