EGX’s indices decline collectively on Wednesday

Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Wednesday’s session in the red zone, with the EGX30 main index falling by 0.89% to 20,174.28 points.

The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI went down by 0.28% to 3,785.08 points.

Furthermore, the EGX100 EWI decreased by 0.44% to 5,643.20 points.

The turnover reached EGP 10.83 billion after 681.47 million shares were traded, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.37 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 26.05 million. Meanwhile, both the Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 20.82 million and EGP 5.23 million, respectively.
