Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) witnessed mixed performance on Monday, with the EGX30 main index inching lower by 0.32% to 27,228.85 points.
On the other hand, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI edged higher by 0.65% to close at 5,925.16 points.
Similarly, the EGX100 EWI grew by 0.27% to 8,558.40 points.
The turnover totalled EGP 4.81 billion through the exchange of more than 806.05 million shares, while the market cap hit EGP 1.84 trillion at the end of the session.
As for trading on securities, Egyptian investors were the net buyers with EGP 276.66 million.
On the other hand, the Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 196.83 million and EGP 79.83 million, respectively.
