Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session with a varied note after the EGX50 EWI went up by 0.02% to 3,162.34 points.
Meanwhile, the EGX30 main index was quite unchanged at 17,343.13 points.
On the other hand, both the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI as well as EGX100 EWI closed the session lower by 0.15% at 3,422.99 points and by 0.03% at 5,082.74 points, respectively.
EGX’s turnover hit EGP 1 billion through the exchange of 468.10 million shares, while the market cap value amounted to EGP 1.17 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign traders were net buyers with EGP 9.35 million and EGP 6.83 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab investors were net sellers with EGP 16.18 million.
