Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Tuesday’s trading session with a varied performance after the EGX30 main index declined by 3.03% to 25,121.73 points.
On the other hand, the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI ended the session higher by 0.87% at 5,174.36 points and by 0.05% at 7,544.12 points, respectively.
The turnover amounted to EGP 5.25 billion through the exchange of 1.57 billion shares, while the market cap value hit EGP 1.68 trillion.
As for trading on securities, the foreign and Egyptian investors were net sellers with EGP 27.01 million and EGP 10.14 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net buyers with EGP 37.16 million.
