Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Electrical Industries Company (EIC) decided to distribute cash dividends totaling SAR 140.62 million for the second half (H2) of 2025, as per the meeting held on 2 March 2026.
The SAR 0.125 dividend payout for H2-25 comes in accordance with the dividends distribution policy for a three-years period starting from H2-24, which was approved by the general assembly on 4 December 2024. The three-year policy includes distributing an amount of SAR 0.125 per share on a semi-annual basis.
EIC will disburse an equivalent to 25% of the share par value for 1.12 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
The eligibility and payment dates will be 15 and 29 March 2026, respectively.
Additional Dividends
The board members of EIC also recommended distributing additional cash dividends to the shareholders for the full year 2025.
The company would pay a total of SAR 281.25 million or SAR 0.25 per share to the eligible shareholders.
EIC will disburse 50% of the share nominal value as additional dividends for 1.12 billion eligible shares.
The company noted that the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time.
In 2025, EIC generated revenue of SAR 2.29 billion and registered net profits worth SAR 629.92 million.
