Cairo – Mubasher: East Delta Flour Mills said its profits for the fourth quarter of FY15/16 surged 468%.
The company’s unaudited financial results for Q4-FY15/16 reflected net profits of EGP 18.02 million ($2.02 million), compared with EGP 3.17 million ($355,630) for the comparable period of the previous year.
As for the full year FY15/16, the company reported net profits of EGP 59.72 million ($6.70 million), compared with EGP 42.77 million ($4.80 million) at the comparable period of the previous year.
The company’s sales revenues went down in FY15/16 as it reached EGP 2.62 billion compared with EGP 3.192 billion in the previous year.
