Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced the commencement of electronic voting for its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM).
Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty portal will be eligible to cast their votes remotely starting from 1:00 AM on 23 July.
The company confirmed that the voting window will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly’s discussions. This update follows a previous disclosure issued on 5 July 2026 regarding the invitation to the first meeting of the OGM.
Registration and voting services are provided free of charge to all shareholders through the Tadawulaty platform. The company stated that there are no financial costs associated with this development.
East Pipes Integrated continues to facilitate shareholder participation in corporate governance through these digital channels in accordance with regulatory requirements.
