Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced an amendment of the cash dividends distribution date for the second half (H2) of the fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026, due to the inability to complete the disbursement procedures with the relevant distribution entity within the specified timeline.
The company noted that a coordination has been made to reschedule the distribution date to Monday, 15 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The actual disbursement of SAR 126 million was supposed to take place on 8 June.
During the period from April 2025 to March 2026, the company achieved net profits valued at SAR 573.26 million.
