Riyadh – Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) has announced the successful implementation of a securities quantity increase for Naseej for Technology Company, according to an official statement.
The adjustment was applied to the accounts of all eligible securities holders on 21 May 2026, marking the completion of the formal depository procedures required for the company’s recent corporate action.
Edaa confirmed that the increase in the number of shares for Naseej for Technology has been officially recorded in its centralized system.
This move follows the standard protocols for corporate actions within the Saudi capital market, ensuring that the updated holdings are accurately reflected in the investment portfolios of eligible shareholders.
As the primary entity responsible for the registration, settlement, and safekeeping of securities traded on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Edaa plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of shareholder data.
