Cairo – Mubasher: Egycap Investments Ltd reduced its stake in El Kahera Housing from 10.34% to 3.88%.
Egycap sold 5.81 million shares for EGP 166.03 million at an average price of EGP 28.58 per share, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
It is worth mentioning that in 2019, El Kahera Housing incurred net losses of EGP 20.78 million, versus net profits of EGP 426.2 million in 2018.
