Egypt’s stock market closes Wednesday mixed

Cairo – Mubasher: The indices of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Wednesday’s trading session higher, with the EGX30 main index down 0.37% to 25,408.51 points.

Meanwhile, the EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI rose by 0.41% to 5,663.94 points and by 0.40% to 8,143.41 points, respectively.

The turnover amounted to EGP 3.60 billion through the exchange of 1.26 billion shares, while the market cap value stood at EGP 1.75 trillion.

As for trading on securities, the Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers with EGP 47.06 million and EGP 18.66 million, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arab traders were net sellers with EGP 65.72 million.
