Cairo – Mubasher: The indexes of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) ended Sunday’s trading session on a negative note, with the EGX30 main index slipping 0.20% to 26,869.85 points.
The small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI and EGX100 EWI indices declined by 0.60% to 5,896.72 points and by 0.37% to 8,522.74 points, respectively.
EGX’s trading value reached EGP 3.24 billion after 582.44 million shares were exchanged. The market cap amounted to EGP 1.80 trillion.
Regarding trading on securities, Arab and foreign traders were net sellers with EGP 111.38 million and EGP 63.27 million, respectively. Meanwhile, Egyptian investors were net buyers with EGP 174.66 million.
