Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Resorts Company shifted to consolidated net losses after tax valued at EGP 112.57 million in 2023, against net profits amounting to EGP 67.50 million in 2022.
Earnings per share (EPS) plunged to EGP 0,078 in 2023 from EGP 0.11 a year earlier, according to the consolidated financial results.
Meanwhile, the total revenues hiked to EGP 333.40 million last year from EGP 116.67 million as of 31 December 2022.
Total assets hit EGP 2.94 billion at the end of December 2023, an annual rise from EGP 2.39 billion
Standalone Business
Non-consolidated net profits after tax reached EGP 7.36 million in 2023, lower year-on-year (YoY) than EGP 266.89 million.
The standalone revenues increased to EGP 298.37 million during January-December 2023 from EGP 103.65 million a year earlier, while the EPS plummeted to EGP 0,007 from EGP 0,254.
In the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2023, Egyptian Resorts reported lower consolidated net losses after tax at EGP 7.63 million, compared to EGP 84.85 million in 9M-22.
