Meanwhile, the company extraordinary general meeting approved to raise its issued capital from EGP 496.4 million to EGP 521.2 million, with an increase of EGP 24.8 million, distributed across 24.8 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
The company reported EGP 43.7 million for 2014, a surge of 460% from the simillar period of the previous year.
