Cairo - Mubasher: Elsaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company has been awarded two new contracting projects with a combined value of EGP 168.4 million.
The contracts include the establishment of a service-administrative building in Sohag at a value of EGP 88.29 million and another service-administrative building in El-Obour at a value of EGP 80.15 million, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company recorded net profits of EGP 34.17 million, up from EGP 20.18 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
