Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Elsaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company proposed to distribute bonus shares at 1.5-for-10 for 2015.
The proposed distribution represents 15% of the company’s capital, the company said in a bourse filing.
The board also recommended amending articles no. 3,6, and 7 which are related to the purpose of the company and capital top-up procedures,
The company reported a net profit of EGP80.7 million for 2015, compared to EGP74.5 million a year earlier.
