Emaar Properties to disburse AED 8.8bn cash dividends for 2025

Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties held its annual general meeting (AGM), which approved a 100% dividend payout, amounting to AED 8.80 billion ($2.40 billion), for 2025.

The distribution supports the company’s commitment to delivering sustained value to its shareholders in line with the dividend policy announced in December 2024, according to a press release.

Emaar’s financial results for 2025 highlighted another year of strong operational momentum and growth across its key business segments. The company recorded its highest-ever property sales of AED 80.40 billion ($21.90 billion), representing a 16% increase compared to 2024.

Revenue backlog from property sales reached AED 155 billion ($42.10 billion), providing strong visibility for future revenue recognition.
