Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The shareholders of Emirates Driving Company greenlighted the board’s proposals to disburse cash dividends representing 40% of paid capital for 2025.
Hence, the company will pay a total amount of AED 215.48 million, equivalent to 20 fils per share, according to a bourse disclosure.
The net profits hit AED 345.86 million at the end of 2025, an annual surge of 22% from AED 282.36 million.
The revenues also enlarged by 50% to AED 770.48 million last year from AED 512.92 million in 2024.
