Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Refreshments Co reported a net loss of AED 2.76 million during the first half of 2018, compared to AED 1.046 million in H1-17.
Sales narrowed down to AED 25.030 million in the six-month period ended June, from AED 26.86 million in the prior-year period, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The company also posted it has turned to loss during the second quarter of the current year with AED 782,009, against AED 303,852 in profits during Q2-17.
Moreover, sales amounted to AED 13.86 million in the three-month period ended June, down from AED 14.44 million in Q2-17.
Loss per share reached AED 0.092 in H1-18, compared to AED 0.035 in the corresponding period a year earlier.
Emirates Refreshments previously reported turning to loss in the full-year 2017 with AED 2.7 million in losses, against profits of AED 3.517 million a year earlier.
