Riyadh - Mubasher: Enma Alrwabi Company has appointed Fahad Ibrahim Saad Almousa as its new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
The company also named Abdulaziz Ibrahim Saad Almousa as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that began on 5 June this year and will remain in position until 8 May 2025.
It is worth noting that Sheikh Ibrahim bin Saad Al Mousa, Enma Alrwabi’s late Chairman, passed away last December.
In 2021, the Saudi listed firm generated SAR 21.99 million in net profit after Zakat and tax, a 5.77% year-on-year (YoY) decline from SAR 23.33 million.
