Mubasher: Esterad Investment posted on Thursday a rise of 53.97% in its net profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 to BHD 314,050 ($827,000), versus BHD 203,980 ($537,000) for Q3-15.
Net profit for the first nine months of 2016, however, fell by 38.02% to BHD 803,600 from BHD 1.3 million for the same period of 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Return on investment for the nine-month period amounted to BHD 1.63 million, 14.7% down from BHD 1.91 million for the same period last year.
Esterad earlier reported a net profit of BHD 489,550 for the first half of 2016, falling 55.2% compared to BHD 1.09 million for H1-15.
