Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: FTSE Russell is considering the issuance of an index for the companies that generate green revenues through the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Billions of dollars are being invested in the green economy, the bourse’s CEO Rashed Al Baloushi said, adding that the launch of such index will contribute to attracting new investments to the stock market.
Green economy is a fundamental way to achieve sustainable development, Al Baloushi noted.
