Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt’s consolidated net profits drop to EGP 4.6bn in 2025

Cairo - Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after non-controlling interests of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt hit EGP 4.67 billion in 2025, which signaled a year-on-year (YoY) plunge from EGP 12.44 billion.

The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 6.74 in January-December 2025 from EGP 19.90 a year earlier, according to the financial results.

The bank posted an annual growth in consolidated net interest income to EGP 11.62 billion at the end of 2025, compared with EGP 11.11 billion.

Meanwhile, the total assets increased to EGP 263.88 billion as of 31 December 2025 when compared to EGP 246.25 billion in 2024.

During 2025, the EGX-listed lender logged 63.10% YoY lower non-consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 4.32 billion, compared with EGP 11.73 billion.
