Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company’s board (GASCO) announced a cash dividend distribution worth SAR 75 million, equivalent to 10% of the capital, to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2022.
GASCO will pay out SAR 1 per share in H2-22 dividends for 75 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be on 15 and 27 December, respectively.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Saudi company generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 159.40 million, an annual rise of 1.27% from SAR 157.40 million.
Revenues jumped by 5.48% to SAR 1.50 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.42 billion in 9M-21, while the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 2.13 from SAR 2.10.
