Cairo – Mubasher: GB Corp posted consolidated net profits after income tax worth EGP 3.05 billion in 2024, higher by 68.90% year-on-year (YoY) than EGP 1.81 billion, including minority interest.
Total revenues hit EGP 53.96 billion as of 31 December 2024, an annual leap of 90.60% from EGP 28.31 billion, according to the financial results.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 2.60 in 2024 from EGP 1.68 a year earlier.
Standalone Business
The tech company posted standalone net profits after tax amounting to EGP 1.45 billion as of 31 December 2024, compared to EGP 160.20 million a year earlier.
Non-consolidated basic EPS climbed to EGP 1.25 in 2024 from EGP 0.08 at the end of December 2023.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2024, the consolidated net profits amounted to EGP 1.79 billion, an annual leap of 41.20% from EGP 1.27 billion.
