GB Corp’s unit concludes 6th issuance at EGP 2.4bn

Cairo - Mubasher: Drive Finance, a subsidiary of GB Corp, has closed its sixth securitized bond issuance at EGP 2.40 billion, according to a bourse filing.

The offering, rated by the Middle East Rating & Investors Service (MERIS), marks the first issuance under GB Corp’s new 16th securitization program, which has a total value of EGP 25 billion.

The Commercial International Bank (CIB) and Arab African International Bank (AAIB) acted as financial advisors, arrangers, lead managers, and bookrunners for the issuance. AAIB also served as custodian and subscription appraiser.

The subscription was underwritten by CIB, AAIB, and Al Baraka Bank, while El-Dreiny law office acted as legal advisor for the issuance, and Bickertly office served as the auditor.

In November 2025, Drive Finance secured a syndicated credit facility worth EGP 5 billion as part of its strategy to diversify funding sources and support future expansion plans.
