UAE - Mubasher: The GCC markets have dominated Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s list of global destinations for its members’ exports and re-exports during the first half (H1) of 2025, according to a press release.
The GCC region represented 48.60% of total member exports and re-exports, with a combined value of AED 83.60 billion.
Excluding GCC countries, the Middle East region ranked second, accounting for 29% of total exports and re-exports with a total value of AED 49.90 billion.
African markets claimed third place with a 9.70% share and a total value of AED 16.70 billion.
Meanwhile, the Asia-Pacific region followed in fourth place, contributing 8.50% of total member exports and re-exports with a combined value of AED 14.60 billion.
European markets ranked fifth, with a 3% share and a total value of AED 5.20 billion.
North America came sixth on the list, making up 0.70% of total exports and re-exports with an amount nearing AED 1.20 billion.
Latin American markets equaled 0.40% share and an aggregated value of AED 680 million.
Total value of Dubai Chamber of Commerce members’ global exports and re-exports reached AED 171.90 billion in H1-25, reflecting year-over-year (YoY) growth of 18%.
