Cairo – Mubasher: Al Ezz for Ceramics and Porcelain (GEMMA) announced turning to net losses of EGP 20.98 million in the first six months of 2020, against net profits of EGP 23.6 million in the year-ago period, the unaudited financial results showed.
The company generated EGP 403 million in sales in the January-June period, down from EGP 561.7 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the first three months of 2020, GEMMA reported net profits of EGP 5.55 million, compared with EGP 10.89 million in the same period in 2019.
