Dubai-Mubasher: GFH Holding, listed on Bahrain, Dubai and Kuwait’s bourses, denied the recovery of “lawsuit awarded claims” worth over $108 million.
“No collection has been achieved towards the above claim amounts yet other than $18 million which was disclosed in year 2015 and Q1-16 financials,” according to a bourse statement.
The company seeks to achieve successful settlements and recovery in the near future.
