Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that GIH Financing Co has acquired a stake of 85.004% in Gulf Investment House (GIH) on Tuesday.
According to the daily report of equity ownership, Mesaed AbdullahTammy Al Motary has exited his 19.97% stake in GIH, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
GIH has a capital standing at KWD 40.65 million distributed on 406.5 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
