Riyadh – Mubasher: Gas Arabian Services Company signed two contracts with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), on 29 May, at an aggregated value of SAR 760.86 million.
The first deal covers the engineering, procurement, and construction work towards Master Gas System expansion in East and Qassim Clusters, according to a bourse filing.
The project contract is valued at SAR 416.25 million and holds a tenor of 30 months. Its will reflect on the financial results of Gas Arabian Services during the 2024-2026 period.
Meanwhile, the second agreement includes the Master Gas System expansion from SHEDGUM to EWPS-1 project for a period of 40 months at an amount of SAR 344.61 million.
The financial impact will reflect on the company’s statements during the years from 2024 to 2027.
In March, Gas Arabian Services rolled out two deal with Saudi Power Procurement Company at a total value of SAR 598.01 million.
