UAE – Mubasher: VEON Limited, a global digital operator, has completed the move of its group headquarters (HQ)from Amsterdam to Dubai, according to a press release.
This announcement follows the board’s approvals during their meetings in Amsterdam and Dubai this month to move the place of effective management of VEON Limited to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Meanwhile, the remaining functionality in the Amsterdam office is expected to be further scaled down in the coming period.
Following the movement, VEON became the largest Nasdaq-listed company with its group HQ in Dubai, which is also home to Nasdaq Dubai.
