Riyadh – Mubasher: Group Five Pipe Saudi Company announced a net profit of SAR 143.13 million for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, representing a 14.33% increase from the SAR 125.18 million recorded during the same period in 2025.
The company attributed the profit growth primarily to a reduction in the production cost per ton, according to a bourse filing.
Revenue for the first half (H1) of 2026 reached SAR 945.22 million, up 2.48% compared to SAR 922.30 million in the previous year.
Group Five Pipe Saudi noted that the top-line performance was supported by an increase in total sales volume and higher average selling prices per ton.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 5.11 in H1-26, compared to SAR 4.47 in the corresponding period of 2025.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 512.49 million at the end of June 2026, reflecting an increase of 8.38% from SAR 472.85 million a year earlier.
The company confirmed that certain comparative figures were reclassified to conform to the current period's presentation, and the external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
