Mubasher: Gulf North Africa Holding incurred an increase of 19.4% in losses during the second quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017.
Losses widened to about KWD 2,430 ($8,030) in Q2-18 from approximately KWD 1,160 ($3,840) in Q2-17, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
During the six-month period ended last June, Gulf North Africa suffered a growth of 152.8% in losses to around KWD 24,930, compared to nearly KWD 9,860 in the same half of 2017.
The increase in losses is attributed to lower leasing income, Gulf North Africa added.
