Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday that two members of Gulf North Africa Holding’s board transferred the ownership of 6.47 million shares.
Gulf North Africa’s board member Othman Ayman Abdullah Boodai transferred the ownership of 3.29 million shares, while the company’s board chairman Mashary Ayman Boodai transferred 3.18 million shares.
The bourse statement did not mention the second party to the deal.
It is worth noting that Gulf North Africa’s capital totals KWD 15 million, distributed over 150 million shares at a nominal value of 100 fils per share.
