Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate generates 96% higher net profit in H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Company reported a net profit of SAR 12.13 million for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, representing a 96.10% increase from the SAR 6.19 million in the first half (H1) of 2025.

Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.43 in H1-26 from SAR 0.26 a year earlier, according to a bourse filing.

The company attributed the profit growth primarily to a surge in its share of net profits from joint ventures, which reached SAR 20.79 million in H1-26 compared to SAR 1.74 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenue increased by 13.77% to SAR 37.87 million in H1-26, supported by land and real estate sales totaling SAR 26.48 million and a rise in rental income to SAR 3.50 million.

These gains were partially offset by a decline in real estate partnership revenues, which fell to SAR 7.38 million in January-June 2026 from SAR 20.44 million in H1-25.

The company also noted lower profits from the sale of investment properties and the impact of provisions for white land fees.

Furthermore, total shareholders' equity increased +21.35% to reach SAR 316.36 million by the end of June 2026.
