Mubasher: Hayat Communications reported a leap of 131% in profits during the first nine months of 2017 compared to the same period last year.
Earnings increased to nearly KWD 112,780 ($374,140) in 9M-17 from about KWD 48,840 ($162,020) in 9M-16, according to a bourse statement disclosed on Wednesday.
Revenues grew by 20% year-on-year to KWD 2.69 million in the third quarter of 2017.
Operating revenues rose by 19.9% to KWD 16.25 million in 9M-17 from KWD 13.55 million in 9M-16, Hayat Communications added.
Following the disclosure of the 9M financials, Boursa Kuwait announced that the stock of Hayat Communications will resume trading on 23 November.
