Riyadh — Mubasher: Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Company recently restructured its leadership and formed several board committees following the commencement of its new board session on 22 August 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The board of directors appointed Naif bin Ibrahim bin Rashid Al Rashid Al Humaid as Chairman, while Nasser bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Rashid Al Humaid was named Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and CEO.
Hedab Alkhaleej Trading noted that the new board term is scheduled to last for four years, concluding on 21 August 2030.
In addition to the primary leadership roles, the company appointed Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Nassar as Secretary of the Board.
The board also approved the formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, chaired by Fahad bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Nassar, and the Executive Committee, chaired by Yasser bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al Humaid.
Hedab Alkhaleej Trading confirmed that representatives have been appointed to interface with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi exchange Tadawul for all regulatory and compliance purposes.
