Riyadh – Mubasher: Herfy Food Services Company posted a 33.51% decrease in net losses to SAR 77.47 million in 2025 from SAR 116.52 million in 2024, according to the income statement.
The company attributed the lower net losses in 2025 compared to the net losses for the year 2024 to a decrease in selling and distribution expenses, general and administrative expenses, finance costs and Zakat expenses.
Herfy Food further said the reason for the annual plunge in net losses was a decline in provisions for impairment losses on financial assets, despite the decrease in sales and other income, as well as the increase in provisions for impairment losses on non-financial assets.
The company generated revenue worth SAR 1.08 billion in 2025, which marked a 3.75% decline from SAR 1.12 billion in the previous year.
The loss per share decreased to SAR 1.20 in 2025 from SAR 1.68 in 2024.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Herfy Food incurred net losses of SAR 65.82 million while its revenue decreased to SAR 817.77 million.
